This beautiful beachfront property was completely refurbished from ceiling to floor in three months.

We redesigned the space to accommodate a third bedroom suite, in what was the old kitchen and cloakroom. The ‘bistro’ style kitchen was moved discreetly into the living room, matching the lifestyle of the client. The hallway to the master suite was changed and the terrace underwent a complete transformation, maintaining the same floor level inside and out.

Further additions included underfloor heating throughout, raised door heights, sliding doors, new bay windows and suspended ceilings with ambient LED lighting throughout, transforming the property into a luxury haven.

Our client brought a great deal of originality and fun to the project, choosing finishes particular to her own style, creating a spectacular and unique walk-in ambiance experience.

For the master bathroom, we installed a hand-made copper and pewter bath tub with matching wash bowls from the UK, all visible within the suite via a floor to ceiling glass wall. We added a copper tiled wall, copper sanitary ware from Villeroy Bosch and finished with a simple, solid oak, double wash hand cabinet, from an Italian supplier.

The Porcelanosa ceramic ‘wood look’ floor tile, which we laid with two different widths, followed through onto the terrace, joining the two spaces and further enhancing the feeling of space. Different wooden textures and tones were used flamboyantly throughout the apartment’s furnishings and decorative finishes.
