When we purchased our Penthouse apartment for a considerable amount of money last year ( 2016) We were concerned about a number of things. We lived in England and had purchased it as a holiday retreat for ourselves, our family and particularly for our grandchildren. We did not speak Spanish and were aware that the property had been built in the 90’s and needed some considerable updating.

The vendors recommended Peter and Emma of Space and Grace to us and we , over the last 12 months, have come to trust them, their workmanship and their integrity.

They have saved us a huge amount of money recommending what only needed to be done and then completing the work in a first class manner to the highest standards.

They have renewed our patios, installed a new fuse board and upgraded our electrics. This autumn they installed a brand new kitchen from Siematic removing walls and laying a new Porcelenosa floor.Emma negotiated all the prices for us and ensured there were no “ hidden extras “ The work was not only completed on time, the apartment was clean and tidy the day after they completed the job and we arrived to look it over.

I am also aware that the Sciematic owners were very impressed with their work and visited the apartment to take photos.

They are a delight to work with, have excellent style and are very conscientious. They are not “ yes men “ and will argue their point if they believe we are going down the wrong road.

I cannot recommend Space and Grace highly enough to all prospective clients and would be very pleased to show clients the work they have undertaken for us. More importantly, we have a real sense of security with our apartment and their presence."

"Emma worked as project manager along side with her business associate Peter Rennie who was the building contractor on 4 extensions to my villa in Sotogrande during the year of 2005.

She worked alongside my architect and myself with total professionalism. It made the whole project run smoothly and efficiently. We also worked together sourcing materials including a trip to Morocco for doors and tiles.

"I was President of the Persin Garden in marina Puente Romano for two years during the last six years and Space & Grace were contracted by me in my capacity as President to carry out substantial maintenance and remedial works during my tenure in office. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of the work was of a very high standard. They also were very involved and if there was a more economical way of doing the work they would say so even if it meant the contract price was reduced.

They have also have done major refurbishment in apartments in Marina Puente Romano as well as substantial work for me including a new kitchen, patio etc.

My name is Carole Maes. I live in Belgium with my husband Emmanuel Beernaert and my two kids Louise and Maurice.

In XXXX we bought our first apartment in Spain, Marbella. It was then when we met Emma. We immediately felt a good connection. So, we decided to work with her for the renovation of the apartment. This was a complete project. From installing new airco, taking out walls for creating a bigger living space to placing a new kitchen, painting the entire apartment and finalising the complete renovation with the correct decoration.
