Ventura Del Mar
Spectacular luxury penthouse duplex featuring panoramic sea views in Puente Romano.
Refit of the bathrooms and terraces, installation of new wooden pergolas featuring sun-filtered glass to reduce the heat. On the top floor, the master suite was redesigned to accommodate a new entrance way and the conversion of the wardrobe area into a large shower.
Mimosa
Beautiful beachfront property in Puente Romano completely refurbished from ceiling to floor in three months.
Redesign to accommodate a third bedroom suite in what was the old kitchen and cloakroom. The ‘bistro’ style kitchen was moved discreetly into the living room to match the lifestyle needs of the client. The hallway to the master suite was changed as well as the terrace.

Our job was to create our clients fabulous vision for her new home, and deliver it to a tight timescale. The final result was a luxurious high quality finish completed on time due to our close industry connections we’ve made over the past 20 years in Marbella.
Elba
Luxurious two-bedroom apartment in Puente Romano, Marbella.
Our clients wanted the apartment refurbished and redesigned to include two bedroom suites, a kitchen, separate utility and cloakroom, new flooring and ceiling details with ambient lighting.
We removed all the interior walls and took the apartment back to the existing four structural pillars, which still allowed us to recreate all spaces with our client’s specific requirements in mind.
Granada Hotel Suite
Once dark and musty with not enough storage space, leaking aircon system and a generally poorly designed space, this series of hotel suites were transformed into modern, luxurious apartments.

When we purchased our penthouse apartment for a considerable amount of money last year (2016), we were concerned about a number of things. We lived in England and had purchased it as a holiday retreat for ourselves, our family and particularly for our grandchildren. We did not speak Spanish and were aware that the property had been built in the 90’s and needed some considerable updating.
The vendors recommended Peter and Emma of Space & Grace to us and we, over the last 12 months, have come to trust them, their workmanship and their integrity. They have renewed our patios, installed a new fuse board and upgraded our electrics. This autumn they installed a brand new kitchen from Siematic removing walls and laying a new Porcelenosa floor. Emma negotiated all the prices for us and ensured there were no ‘hidden extras’.
The work was not only completed on time, the apartment was clean and tidy the day after they completed the job and we arrived to look it over. I am also aware that the Sciematic owners were very impressed with their work and visited the apartment to take photos.
They are a delight to work with, have excellent style and are very conscientious. They are not ‘yes men’ and will argue their point if they believe we are going down the wrong road.
