(One time visit)

 A simple one time visit to the property with a simple WhatsApp video tour of your property sent to your mobile phone, so that you can see your property is the same as when you left it!

Our crew will check and note any issues that we think you might not know about and report back.

Silver

(Six monthly visits / Basic services)

Properties that have not been lived in, just like a car, need a little extra care and we recommend the following steps to keep your property in good shape:

 6 WhatsApp videos from monthly visits

 Opening of windows and patio doors to allow fresh air to circulate

 All cold water taps run and loos flushed

 Any junk mail removing

 Fuse board opened to check that there are no trips and electric lighting is functioning as normal

 During the course of the 6 months, we can monitor, trace and cost evaluate any issues that might be prevalent and need solving, like damp patches as an example.

Gold Plan

(Six monthly visits, Services and Basic cleaning)

All the above but with further cleaning of tiled areas and windows. We would arrange an inspection visit to evaluate exact cost of monthly visit.

Do you have any niggling maintenance problems?

You may wish for us to organise small and minor repairs, electric problems, air conditioning checks or filter change, full and deep cleaning, tidy up of window boxes and garden services, just as some examples.
