About the Project
Ventura Del Mar is a spectacular penthouse duplex in Puente Romano, Marbella which features breathtaking panoramic sea views.
We refitted the bathrooms and terraces, installing new wooden pergolas with sun filtered glass to reduce the heat. The top floor master suite was redesigned to accommodate a new entrance way, allowing us to convert the wardrobe area into a large shower.
In the bathroom we retiled the floor, refitted all sanitary ware and gave some love and care to the Marbella style wooden lattice bay window. The four beautiful terraces were made even more stunning by replacing the worn terracotta tile with large white stone look tiles. We re-waterproofed the terrace floor bases, reviewed and improved the water evacuation outlets and re-rendered and painted the walls.
On the larger terrace, we added an outdoor stainless steel kitchen with barbecue area, perfect for outdoor living. A beautiful jacuzzi was fitted, well placed to enjoy the sound of the sea and glorious views.
